PHILIPPI, W.Va. – On Thursday, the Alderson Broaddus football team hosts Fairmont State at 7 p.m. and all fans are encouraged to wear gold as AB will hold a "Gold Rush" promotion.

The first 100 students who show a valid Alderson Broaddus student ID will receive a gold t-shirt.

The Battlers enter Thursday's contest with a 2-1 record on the season after defeating University of Faith 42-12 on Saturday.

After scoring 14 unanswered points in the fourth quarter on Thursday to beat West Liberty 21-20, the Fighting Falcons are 3-0 on the young season.
